Overview
A Tygon A-60-F equivalent, Excelon Excelprene Food Process Tubing is a high performance TPE tubing designed to endure the extreme temperatures commonly seen in food, dairy, and cosmetic processing applications. It exhibits great flexibility and is able to resist kinks and retain its shape even during installation. Excellent fatigue and abrasion resistance coupled with its durability make Excelon Excelprene a great choice for use in roller/peristaltic pumps in dispensing equipment. It will not crack or break down under extended exposure to heat or ozone.
Unlike rubber tubing, Excelon Excelprene Food Process Tubing resists harsh chemicals and cleaners, making it easy to clean and sterilize. It has superb resistance to acids, alkalis, and both animal and vegetable oils.
